Please note that all appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Clients who no-show without any communication more than once will be banned from booking with S&S Co. By booking, you agree to this policy, which ensures my time is respected and allows me to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment.
