Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged 95% of the service amount.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee may apply if time allows. If your appointment can no longer be accommodated, it may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
